cce bug ?

i encoded 20 min video with cce to .m2v but cant import in authoring software
with bitrate viewer i find that one GOP has 27 pics (i b and p frames)
all other GOPs have 15 or less

does anyone know if its posible to manually insert I frames and make new GOP ?

i encoded with 3 pass vbr setting
