CQ_VBR Help

I'm new to this and need some help tweaking a template. Can anyone list what parts of a CQ_VBR template need to be changed in order to improve the quality! Thanks

Im not sure but changing the quality to 100 may imprive it, maybe raise the min. bite rate too.

Don't use CQ_VBR if you own a athlon xp+ based computer...
Use 2 Pass vbr at motion estimate search mode.
It produces better and predictible files, almost the same time using cq_vbr at Highet quality mode.
Use cq_vbr only with older computers...
