How can I create an interleaved mpeg from a Divx ? I've got a 23.970fps divx I want to encode as NTSC svcd with pulldown. if I use pulldown on a non-interlaced mpeg, I obtain a good playing but not "soft-running" svcd. What's the better way to do this ?
I suppose I should encode with progressive frames, but how do I obtain a progressive source ?
