The subject says it all relly. I need help converting an SVCD PAL Mpeg2 file into an NTSC file, either Mpeg1 or AVI. I don't have any experience in PAL --> NTSC conversions and I can't find any good software for it. Can anyone offer any suggestions?? whenever I play the file I get when I try to convert it, the height is stretched (or the width is compressed, take your pick :D ) so I guess an alterntive question would be, does anyone know of softwre that will allow me to stretch a movie file horazontally? I could fix my problem with tht too I suppose. Any help is appreciated!! thanx!
