Xvid - 2nd pass Ext : File oversized

Since Xvid released of 26/02, the 2nd pass Ext produce huge file with the GKnot stats file.

I-qant and smooth enabled
Luma masking disable

545Mo asked 800Mo achieved

We are 3 to test and we have all the same problem
