Creating SVCD image from files on HDD

Here is the problem:
I have an SVCD on my hard drive and I'd like to create an image file of it (.cue). Does anybody know how to do this.

Let me understand you correctly. You have an .mpg file on your hdd and want to make an image of it, right?
If so, try VCDImager - It will make you an image perfectly.
You can also use Nero to burn your .mpg files as a SVCD.
