I've ripped and encoded about 15 or 20 divx movies so far, and done them all the same way, ripped with smartripper, frameserved to nandub with dvd2avi and vfapi, then ripped the audio from vobs with dvd2avi, then encoded it to mp3 and added it to the avi with nandub/virtualdub. the other day i installed virtualdub 1.4.8 (was running 1.4.6) and now when i select compression on the wav most of the choices are gone, no 44 or 48khz options available. i tried running 1.4.6 again (the regular, as well as a - d) and 1.4.7, and the same thing with each version... what did i do, what happened? please someone help me.

thanks,
devonrs

you might try to reinstall the radium mp3 codec
better solution : use lame and razorlame to encode your mp3, then use nandub to remultiplex with the video part
