missing proxyoff.reg

i'm rippin on XP and for some reason CCE shuts down when i want access the frameserver.
i noticed that proxyoff.reg and proxyon.reg and avifile.reg are missing in my installation (won't show up with "Install Handle")

where can i find these?

They were inadvertently omitted from the VirtualDub 1.4.8 distribution. Download 1.4.7 and take them from there.
