Hello

Is the preset in your animation adapted, for example, with the film The Simpsons?

I ask this question because I read that the animation tone was not suitable for all animated films.

Tune : animation
Library used : x264
deblock=1:1:1

What was said a long time ago if i remember properly, it's that tune animation is more for "simple" cartoons like Tex Avery (so i think "The Simpsons" fits) than japanese animation, with sometimes background with details. Means for exemple that old Disney movies don't realy fit also. For them, something between "film" and "animation" may be more suitable.
In your case, i think that tune animation is good.

It can work well for anime too. The fundamental optimization point is having most of the energy and detail in lines, repeated elements between frames, no motion blur, and flat area of identical color.

having most of the energy and detail in lines
Maybe it's the specific point of being optimal with simple cartoons, wich have simple flat/line backgrounds, than animes with more complex background having more details and textures.
I insist on the "maybe".
All the others are indeed appropriate should it be simple or complex cartoons.

It's psychovisual tuning after all, technically it's up to one's preference.
