vaf file of CCE

It is made VAF file. I want use "Crash recovery".

1) can I change value of bitrate ?
Or when I change bitrates, I must generate it once again ?

2) can I change some in setting of CCE ?
Or I must generate it once again, when was something changed in CCe setting ?

If you make changes you'll have to re do the Vaf file.

It's a good idea to always start over on the video encoding. Too much can go wrong.

OK. When I will using "Crash recovery", I will always create new VAF file.
I am thought, that VAF file is only file with info about video for next compression of CCE.
