Dolby Digital Surround EX 5.1, like DTS-ES 6.1 matrixed, have the BC channel matrixed (phantom) in SL-SR pair.
If you play that file in a 5.1, 6.1 or 7.1 system player you have the same audio 2D surround.
Try to extract 7 discrete wav files to encode it like a 6.1 discrete is waste bitrate to obtain the same 2D surround without improve it at all.
BTW if you want waste time and bitrate you can try to extract the phantom BC channel from the SL-SR pair with CenterCutGui (http://www.moitah.net/download/latest/Center_Cut_GUI.zip)

Thanks Teb!
I'm trying to play that file with foobar2k (https://www.foobar2000.org/) and the fsurround (https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_dsp_fsurround) component to convert then on 7 wav files.
But for now no lucky day :)

FreeSurround Decoder decodes surround information from stereo music,
It need a stereo source encoded with some complex ways: https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_dsp_fsurround
To extract only the phantom Center channel from SL-SR pair it is better CenterCut.
