I have made a blu-ray with TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7. The blu-ray has six tracks. The topmenu points to the 6 track menus. But I would like it when two of them would bypass the track menu and start playing the video without first going to the track menu. I see no option to do this within TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7. How would I go about it to change the blu-ray menu with BDedit to make this happen?

Hi musiclover, you can try working on playlists with BDedit:

Play PL: Starts playback of a playlist
O: 0x22000000: Operand is defined by the register.
0x22800000: Operand is an immediate value.
D: Playlist ID
S. -

Play PlatPI: Starts playback of a PlayList on PlayItem
O: 0x42010000: Operand1 and Operand2 are defined by the register.
0x42810000: Operand1 is an immediate value.
0x42410000: Operand2 is an immediate value.
0x42C10000: Operand1 and Operand2 have an immediate value.
D: PlayList ID (123 if you want to play 00123.mpls)
S: Game Item ID

Play PlatMK: Starts playback of a PlayList on PlayList Mark
O: 0x42020000: Operand 1 and Operand 2 are defined by the register.
0x42820000: Operand 1 is an immediate value.
0x42420000: Operand 2 is an immediate value.
0x42C20000: Operand 1 and Operand 2 have an immediate value.
D: Playlist ID
S: PL_mark_id

Terminate PL: Ends playback of the current PlayList
O: 0x02030000 D: - S: -

PI Link: Changes the playback position in PlayItem
O: 0x22040000: The operand is defined by the register.
0x22840000: Operand is an immediate value.
D: Item ID to be played
S: -

MK Link: Changes the playback position in PlayListMark
O: 0x22050000: Operand is register-defined.

@ocean
Thank you for your trouble. But I don't see what I must do to make playlists 00004.mpls and 00005.mpls start without first going to the track menu. Where must I make changes? I cannot find your items on the playlist.

I think the menu created by TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7 is IGS, not Java.

You should locate where the track menu is called, replacing it with direct tracks.

In the programming menu, you can enter a command to recall playlists with tracks. Obviously, it must be entered in the correct position.

But I'm writing this without seeing it; I could be wrong.

Playlist 00005 is one of the tracks that I would like to play from the topmenu without going first to the trackmenu.

Try clicking the "Play PL 5" command if it takes you back to mpls 00005.

Yes it goes to playlist 5
So how do I bypass that command?

Great, for GoTo 22, always make a backup before making changes, just to be safe.
You can try deleting the command by selecting the line containing the command and pressing the - button in the top right. Then save in the bottom left.

It's not certain that it will work, because we don't know how the menu will be programmed.

No that did not work. The menu works the same as before.
But thanks for trying. I guess it's to hard from a distance.

Can you upload the folders to me, without the main movie to lighten the load, on host so I can try it.

Thank you musiclover, unfortunately all igs menus are multiplexed, Video+audio+graphics, BDedit does not work these menus.

Would it help if I removed the audio from the two to bypass track menus?

Unfortunately, I don't think musiclover is enough, because in 01000.m2ts and 01010.m2ts you have video + audio + graphics.

BDedit should only have the menu as shown in the picture:

There is always video in the menus that ''TMPGEnc Authoring Works'' makes. It's a pity BDedit can do nothing with it.

Hi musiclover
You need to use the Kite program. In it, you will disassemble your blu-ray disc and then, using the built-in IGEditor, you can open the ies menu files and edit them.

I don't own the Kite program and I can't find it anywhere.
