Vob cutting

DVDMaestro created a 3.8G Vob after multiplexing. How do I cut it to smaller
chunks for authoring in an other authoring program that is easier to use?
Vobsplitter02 can only cut to 50Mb chunks.

Correction, it was Scenarist that created the large Vob.
