I'm happy to announce that after more than a year since the last release, we have enough improvements to make the next one!
So yes, we are still developing Kvazaar :)
No major new features in this release, but several fixes to 10 bit encoding, SMP, and AMP calculations.
Our veryslow preset (in 8 bit coding) is -2.7% BD-BR (PSNR) compared with previous release.
