High Quality, Visually Indistinguishable AVIFs

I decided to make high quality lossy animated AVIFs to save space. Which quality setting would make the best visually indistinguishable AVIFs, crf 18, or something lower?

I decided to ran a few tests to see which avif would have the best quality and the best visually indistinguishable.

Test 1: -crf 23
Test 2: -crf 19
Test 3: -crf 18
Test 4: -crf 10
Test 5: -crf 5
Test 6: -crf 1

Command used for all avifs: ffmpeg -i test.mkv -c:v libaom-av1 -crf -cpu-used 7 test.avif

If you can't distinguish it, then it's indistinguishable. Simple.
Which is going to be dependent on content, visual acuity, resolution, frame rate, and so much else.

I would expect more than six point difference in CRF required for the 1% easiest content and scenarios versus the 1% hardest.
