Handbrake is being retarded, wat do?

Since MakeMKV is having another one of their little episodes where the old beta key has expired but they're not putting a new one out, I've decided to finally give Handbrake a spin. It's not seeing/recognizing any titles on the Blu-ray. Wat do? This is on Linux, BTW.

Handbrake won't decrypt commercial (encrypted) material. I haven't (yet) found an alternative to makemkv to do this in the same way. You might try XReveal to decrypt it and then see what Handbrake makes of it.

Handbrake does indeed work fine with Blu-rays decrypted with Xreveal. MKVToolNix can also read decrypted BD mpls playlists reasonably well if you're after the original quality/etc.

you should be able to get MakeMKV to work with the old beta key by changing your system time
