How do I get MPC-HC to show the speed a video is being played in?

CTRL+4 to show statistics, look under frame rate and multiplier (e.g. 0.5x, 1x, 2x etc...)

How do I get to only show the frame rate and multiplier, then?

it can't do that(AFAIK) the rest of the information is part of the statistic.
