Hi to all,
I have tested a Power Color Radeon RX7800XT and when I do play a movies with the usual 23.976 rate (I have tried many software players and renders with the same problem) I do see indicated a wrong rate of 23.951
I have also tried to correct this creating from the control panel a custom resolution ( like it is usual to do with the Nvidia card ) but nothing change, the refresh rate it is locked to this strange 23.951
I never had a similar issue with AMD card from the old Polaris Rx470 until the RX6xxx Radeon.
I have tried all the drivers from the first supporting this card until the more recent 25.3.1 WHQL with always the same problem.
Have somebody had this issue?
