Remove Vocals from Audio

How do I remove vocals and voices from audio to only get the music and sound effects? I tried using Audacity and its OpenVINO Music Separation effect but neither of them worked for this audio file. Is there another tool that can do the job?

Which tool did you use?

I've used Vocalremover.org because it's free and usually faster than Audiostrip.co.uk.
I can't tell about the quality though.
