Make the Audio Louder, part 2

Whenever I use tools to increase the volume of my audio files, they also make the audio have a rough noise, like the ones you would hear in earrape videos. How do I make it sound louder while keeping it normal?

Here's a sample. Now how do I use BeHappy from Avisynth to increase its volume?

The max volume without distort is Normalize it at 100% (+6dB in this sample), like the image:

Where can I get the latest version of the tool? I don't see it on Github.

You don't need last version like I have for test only.

To do that simple operation any old version must work.
