Vertical noise from SD digital betacam source

Hi, this is my first post since I signed up on Doom9.

I've been learning about Avisynth filters from this forum.
Recently, I came across a digital video clip sourced from a Digital Betacam tape.
However, I noticed some strange vertical noise that doesn’t look good.

1. It’s hard to determine the source of this noise. Is it a typical issue found in interlaced Digital Betacam tapes or specific VTRs?
2. I would also like to know how to remove this noise using Avisynth filters.

This looks a lot like the FM-sound carrier crossing through the luma-channel.

I think all you can try is to notch this specific frequency (range) with an FFT Filter.
