[OPEN SOURCE] Creosynth v0.6 - Multimedia/Content creation-oriented optimizer

Hi everyone,
this is very interesting project - I've collaborated with too - that aims to build a playbook (https://docs.ameliorated.io/playbooks.html) for multimedia/content creation-oriented (safe) Windows' optimizations.

Applies some non-hardcore optimizations (= gamers-oriented) and settings...

Changes

A shortened version of what does the playbook do:


Installs VisualCppRedist AIO
Has an ability to remove Microsoft Edge (can also debloat it a bit) & OneDrive
Can disable Defender & SmartScreen
Debloats the OS (optionally with APPX apps)
Sets some services to "Manual" for decreased background load
Configures Windows Update to never auto-update & not install drivers from the internet
Privacy tweaks
QoL changes such as hidden files & file extensions
Optimises Windows & the power plan for latency + on Windows 11 it also installs ZwTimerResolution for faster Sleep(1)
Optionally installs Chocolatey
Optionally installs ExplorerPatcher
