ifoedit & repeating DVD section

I've been trying to get a 5.5Gb DVD onto a 4.7Gb DVD.
If I strip out all the VOB's I don't need, then I run ifoedit to repair the file pointers. Everything appears to of gone ok, but when I watch the DVD, the first part of the movie just repeats !

Am I doing something wrong ?

Download the new IfoEdit v0.88, and use the new DVDPlay button!

This way you can check out what files are missing, or will be needed for later playback!
