Opus 1.4 windows binaries needed

Hi,

I just niticed that the people that develop opus had >released version 1.4< (https://opus-codec.org/downloads/) in April 2023 with some improvements.
Unfortunately they offer only binaries of version 1.3 for download but sourcecode of v1.4 is available for download.

Does anyone know where to download the windowsbinaries, because I cannot compile it myself?

Or is it in current ffmpeg?

I'm compiling latest Opus. Unfortunately codec doesn't play well in mingw.
Opus is modified. Libcelt is being rebuilt in the side directory.
