I'd like to to take an m2ts file (not mpls) and put in its own blu-ray folder if possible? I'm sure it's probably easier than I think but I'm looking for a way to do this. I read somewhere that tsmuxer can do this but I always end up with 5min chapters, vbr audio etc. I just want the untouched m2ts with no changes to have its own blu ray folder. Ant help would be appreciated

In tsMuxer, the 5min chapters are a set default. In GUI, go to Bluray tab where you'll find radiobuttons for no chapters or custom chapter timestamps.
What do you mean with "ending up with VBR audio"? If you'd refer to setting "Mux VBR" in the General tab, this does not convert CBR audio to VBR audio or vice versa. There's a difference between VBR audio and tsMuxer's VBR muxing. As a sidenote, there are many BD compatible VBR audiostreams.
...but I always end up with 5min chapters, vbr audio etc.
What would "etc." stand for?
