I found a few muxes that have 60fps and 120fps.
How would I go about changing those to a normal 24fps without sacrificing any quality loss or/and out of sync audio?

I have googled it. Why do you think I came here to ask? Don't be an asshole. If you're not willing to help, don't comment. It's extremely simple to understand how your comment helps no one.

Sorry bout that Yosho, cant answer your question but seems that you have been given unfair response.
(microchip8 seems to have made a totally unwarranted assumption).
I dont feel that I can help, but I do hope that someone can.

You don't. If they are native 60 and 120 you will lose quality as you are throwing out up to 75% of the frames. Leave them as is. If they aren't native, then they aren't worth it as they've been destroyed already.

This is also something that would not be in an encoding forum, this is more of an editing problem.
