Hi, if anybody is interested,
here AviUtl v1.10 readme.txt (japanese) converted to English.
https://pastebin.com/QjTLDA4h
I have used this AviUtl long ago, but dont remember offhand what for.
Here, AviUtl Extra Pack v1.14 (October 3, 2019) [{x64 SSE2 Machine, ~264MB disk space required} setup, downloads by default about 100MB addons on install ]
AviUtl is a piece of freeware with powerful video editing and filtering features. It is expandable via plugins and scripts. Unfortunately, the original GUI is in Japanese but an english mod is available from the direct link download below(the Extra Pack).
(installer + dlls + encoders ffmpeg + QuickSync + other)

EDIT:
Is real tedious job doing Language translation in pieces, result 88KB txt file.
Used A.I. DeepL Language translator, for most of it, but when it started getting awkward
then switched to Google Translate for the remainder {mostly the changelog at the end}.

EDIT:
I have used this AviUtl long ago, but dont remember offhand what for.
Maybe VFAPI frame serving.
From a VideoHelp Thread
:Oxide:
what does this thing do ? thanx in advance
:TruMan:
VFAPI is an AVI codec. You can convert DVD2AVI projects, TMPG projects and Aviutl projects to ..vfapi.avi to feed it in a MPEG encoder, that does not accept these project files.
TMPGEnc accept DVD2AVI project files, when both vfp plugins are installed.
