Reporting suspicious users without any post yet

What is the recommended way to report a user who did not yet post any forum messages, neither a private message, but sent me a friendship request and appears to do that to promote a website in their profile?

Possibly a PM to one of the Forum Leaders (https://forum.doom9.org/showgroups.php), one I know to be regularly active?

I actually got one of them, yesterday, and just deleted it....

It did seem strange to get a friend request from a new user that hadn't posted anything....

Although suspicious I guess they've not acually broken any rules. But you can alway drop me a PM and I can put them on my 'watchlist'.
