Can someone guide me on how to do something like madvr Non-linear Stretch ?

Hello,
I use MPC with madvr latest betas but they dont feature the Non-linear Stretch from the paid platform.
I read that maybe SimpleResize can accomplish something similar.
So was wondering if anyone by chance chance is doing it to from fit a 16:9 to a 2.35 screen.
I DONT get a lot of 16:9 movies but when it happens I would love to try that option.
