Subtitles with Maestro

I'm having a hell of a time with the subtitles in Maestro. I'm using a ssa native script (the material was times using ssa, not converted to) and using maestrosbt to convert to the son format with the bmp's. I continually get this error:

"No corresponding subtitles found. The video asset timecode may not correspond for the subtitles in the import file"

Anyone offer suggestions on the cause of the problem?

You need to adjust the timecode on maestro to match the starting point on your script.

On the movie-layout screen, you'll notice a number like 01:00:23:56 (or whatever) 2 cells below where it says "wall clock". If you click on it, you can adjust the timecode offset. Set it to 00:00:00:00 and it should work properly.
