Shimmering

Hello,

I did some TV Capture and noticed that the source has some shimmering which I'm unable to touch.

I've tried destripe and qtgmc to try and improve the problem but without any good results.

Does anyone of you with more experience know if this is possible to improve?

Maybe try to find some motion compensated antialias filter?
