Maybe by using the software OBS Studio, but there probably is a way that gives you the non-reencoded source video.

That's an illegal re-encoded stream of BBC News.
The real source of BBC World News the BBC iPlayer.
You can use the app or go to the website at: https://www.bbc.co.uk/tv/bbcnews

On the app, you can download the shows like the various documentaries etc on your device, but they're DRM protected of course like in every streaming service.


P.s being a government backed service it's totally free and with no ads, so there's literally no reason to watch an illegal stream instead. Besides, the official stream is 50p Bob deinterlaced, so it's even smoother.
