Extrapolate lastframe+1

There was a post where somebody suggested a script to achieve just that : Extrapolate lastframe+1, using a mvtools function IIRC.

Just can't find it, is anybody quicker and can trace that post better than I do before I decide to rewrite my interpolation script ?
