Problems with updating x264, ffmpeg, mkvmerge in MeGUI

Hello guys, I'm totally new to MeGUI.
I want to update x264, ffmpeg, mkvmerge to the latest version, however, when I overwrite the old versions, MeGUI just won't start encoding.
Log:

What should I do?

For latest versions:
Options -> Extended -> Auto Update -> Use development update server
And
Tools -> Update all the soft
