Where to find dialogue options box for MPC video renderer?

I downloaded the latest MPC HC with the MPC Video renderer. But I can't seem to find how you access the options?
There is no icon in my taskbar. Nor does there seem to be a way in playback --> Output. (the output is set on MPC Video renderer)

I am talking about this options screen.

Select the video renderer in the settings. Start playing the video file.
Menu: Play > Filters > MPC Video Renderer

You can also use the "Properties" button in MPC-BE.

Finally, you can execute the command
rundll32.exe MpcVideoRenderer64.ax,OpenConfiguration

Thanks!! I found it.

It seems with this renderer everytime i open a non HDR source file it autoswitches the HDR back off, and show SDR representation. Is there a way to stop this? i always watch my video with HDR slider on even if it is SDR source.

Does the HDR infographic look correct? why does it say "Lightning dim*"

And to be honest. the HDR looks VERY dark... and dimmish indeed... I am not sure what a correct HDR picture of this TV serie is suppose to look like.
