Increase voice volume

I have an anime BD (DanMachi Arrow of the Orion) that has really a low voice volume compared to ambient and action sounds.

I have two ways: increase the volume of central channel or, perhaps better, extract voice part, cancel it from 5.1 channels, amplify and merge it again.

I don't know where to start with. Any hint about it?

Decode it to wav/w64.
Open it with Audacity, amplify only the center channel, export it and recode.

Increasing the CC only would be the easiest and recommended way, as Tebasuna said.
If you *really* want to do it the other way round, send it over as PCM 5.1 and I'll give the Dolby DP600 a spin with a preset called "Speech at 0" that does exactly what you asked (automatically).
