before deint do deblock I get this

I think only chroma need to fix? and what should to do? boss

Looks to me like all channels got the blocking, so just filtering chroma won't fit his.
(Got no direct idea how to tackle this properly in Avisynth, in Vapoursynth I would suggest trying BSRGAN or similar aggressive filters. Or downscale and upscale using RealESRGAN or similar.)
Using something along heavy deblocking (DeblockPP7(qp=32.00)), followed by heavy smdegrain (SMDegrain(tr=4, thSAD=6000, thSADC=3000, interlaced=False)) and some sharpening (CAS(sharpness=0.700)) does this:
