When decompressed by LAV Audio, MPC Audio Decoder or MPV,
the audio channels of this sample file are mapped wrongly:
back-left is sent to LFE,
back-right is sent to back-left,
and LFE is sent to back-right.

According to this page (https://wiki.multimedia.cx/index.php/ATRAC3plus#Multichannel_ATRAC3plus_(ATRAC-X)),
it appears the ffmpeg developer for a moment forgot the difference between encoding and decoding. :D
