I thought I would post this so it might help others. I own a GE-1101P . I was having problems with scvd from dvd2svcd skipping during playback. I have solved this problem through the following method. I have ripped the dvd with dvd2svcd defaults except tell it to not create any images. One note. If I burned with VCDEasy asa vcd1.1 my dvd player gave a no disk error. However if I burned it as a vcd2.0 my player would readit as a vcd1.1 and play it every thing was perfect sound was great picture was fantastic. I have been playing with vcd2svcd for about 2 months and this is the only way I have found for it to work for me. Hope this helps others.
