OpenDML or AVI Plugin

I've noticed that in the Doom9's guide voor Xmpeg that you have to use OpenDML voor Output.
But it isn't there so I used AVI Plugin.
Should I use OpenDML instead?

As far as I remember, the plugin technology was changed during the development of Xmpeg, but its author didn't add an OpenDML AVI output plugin to the previously latest Xmpeg version. Copying an older one or one from Flask and renaming the extension didn't work. Please download the newest version 4.3 and check if it contains the Open DML plugin again. In the meantime, the normal AVI output plugin can be used to create but won't support huge / segmented AVI files.
