NTSC and PAL on the same SVCD ?

Is it possible to have NTSC streams and PAL streams on the same disc ?

I have done it with good results. My TV is multisystem and the DVD is "informed" of that, so the NTSC streams play as NTSC and the PAL as PAL. If I say to the DVD that the TV is PAL (or NTSC, accordingly), it plays the PAL streams as PAL and converts (to PAL60) the NTSC streams.

But that is just my DVD (Cyberhome), do not know what the behaviour of other players will be...
