Generic videostream analysis

I'm interested in some methods for general-purpose videodata analysis like plotting some specific frame data or may be color data or may be trellis quantization patterns (the video in question is avc H.264), etc. Basically something similar to how audio files analyzed for possible hidden data or patterns in spectogram.

I've already went throuhg bit rate plotting and basic framedata analysis with ffmpeg frameplotter. Anyone knows any other tools or methods?
