Hey boys,

I'd need an hint about how to ivtc this video -> Sample (https://mega.nz/file/O1RHgKwL#30ySJRDOr6-a8tRaLIJTP8qWv3S1xW0Ji-iX0MzuWvY)

It's a jap NTSC cartoon.
Maybe hybrid: some part seems fully progressive 29,97 real frame, other insted 23,970 + interlaced field.

I'm far from being expert, did many tries but can't get a fluid motion for the full lenght.

I've tried to keep 29,97fps but it's fluid in some part and of course doubles the frames in other areas.
Viceversa, decimating results stuttering in some part and awesome restored in others.

Any hint is appreciated.

Tnx in advance!!!

:)
