MPC-BE player does not let you see options - see image

Intel 12900K +2070 NVIDIA
Windows 11

I have installed the software several times and it can not be opened to tune!

It is a bug on Windows 11.

MPC-HC has the same problem, but with an interesting difference. In case of MPC-HC it only happens with Right-To-Left languages (Arabic/Hebrew).
