When I start the program dvd2svcd it only finds the first episode. How do i get all the episodes to rip at once so the final product on svcd will skip to a new episode when pushing ff on the remote?

Use internal routines to rip - In the Conversion tab you hit the Movie Length tab. There should be "Select chapters" window and a "track length" tab. You should see the lengths of the 4 episodes on that disk in the track length drop down - all the Sopranos episodes are about 50 minutes or so. DVD2SVCD will always default to the longest episode - You have to manually select the episode you want in the track length drop down ..
Each episode fits nicely on ONE CD - You will have to do a separate encode for each new episode and change Cd's when you want to view a new episode .

Would you know how to maybe get two episodes on a cd? Thanks for the help though. You guys are great for us beginners.

You can do it by doing the same thing as if the movie was on two DVD's, but I wouldn't bother. Your bitrate is going to need to be very, very low and the quality will be aweful. About the most you can get on an 80 minute CD with good quality is about 50 minutes Max.
If you still want two episodes per CD then maybe you should try a low bitrate VCD.

I am backuppping the soprano's to svcd with dvd2svcd. I am ripping one episode at a time however when I burn the image the final product is missing the last few minutes of the episode. What am I doing wrong. Under the bitrate tab I have 0 - 50 min for 790 mb cd. I don't care if it takes two cd's as long as I get the whole episode. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong!
