nvidia hardware cfr how to?

Using latest stax rip and when using nvidia hardware hvenc encoding i am getting a vfr output.
Would like a constant frame rate and can not find a switch for it in the staxrip gui.
Have looked for a command line option amd no luck either.
Anyone know how to set cfr 23.976 with nvidia ?

Found an answer after searching online for an answer.
Nvidia hardware does not do cfr encoding with the nvenc engine.
Vfr only.
Mods can close if they like
