FLASKMpeg/XMPEG generating errors in Win98 and 2000 HELP!

ok now ive tried both of these program in my windows 2000 and 98 and about 15 seconds after i start the conversion usaully around that same clip i get an error msg saying that the program generated errors then the whole damn thing quits

HOW DO I FIX THIS???????

if u use vob's as in put check if u can play them e.g. with PowerDVD, to it sounds like your source is wracked,..
