Dropped Frames and Presentation Glitches for 24fps WEB-DL content

hey guys im getting a few odd Dropped Frames and Presentation Glitches for WEB-DL content that is exactly 24fps but when i play tv shows or movies that are 23.976fps there seem to be no issues at all. im using madVR v0.92.17 and MPC-BE v 1.5.8.6302. ive tried the "hack Direct3D to make 24.000Hz and 60.000Hz work" but it doesnt seem to be fixing the issue. thank a lot for and help/advice in advance.

nvm i got help on another forum and solved the issue by forcing display to switch to 1080p23, 1080p24, 1080p50, 1080p60 through madVR settings.
