how to append .MTS files in single file

hi everybody I have .MTS files from Sony camera want to club in single MTS file without any quality loss. please guide me in this.

Thanks see more digital. i used mkvtoolnix latest version, it's very good doing job also fine. but I am concerned about that container format changing to XAVC to AVC . my question is that,i dont want to lose any qulity while appending,so please help.

Just so you know...

Changing container formats does not perform any re-encoding of the original video and audio streams ;)
