Similar to how it's described here for DVD (https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=163647) and Blu-ray (https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=163649), is there a way to extract Audio CD tracks and then converting it into WAV in a lossless manner?

Just use a CD ripper.
Exact Audio Copy (https://www.videohelp.com/software/Exact-Audio-Copy)
dBpowerAMP (https://www.videohelp.com/software/dBpowerAMP)
There won't be any quality loss.

Any computer running Windows 10 can back-up audio CD's (to lossless PCM.wav, FLAC and even ALAC files with meta-data) using Windows Media Player....
